I actually got the recipe from the label of RAGU parmesan and mozzarella sauce that I bought meant for a pasta dinner. The recipe called for boneless chicken breasts but I didn't feel like chicken that day so I substituted it with pork chops. It was a hit. My son couldn't wait to dig in. He kept on checking up on me while I was taking pictures of the platter :) .

INGREDIENTS:
pork chops (depends how many your family would eat)
1 jar of RAGU parmesan and mozzarella cheese sauce.
breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten
sprinkle of paprika
chopped fresh tomatoes
grated parmesan cheese
Dip the chops on the beaten egg mixture(beat 1 egg then sprinkle paprika). Drench both sides of chops with the breadcrumbs. Place them on a baking pan. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, 375F.
Take the pan out, pour over half of the Ragu sauce on top of the chops, and evenly spread the chopped tomatoes as well. Put the pan back in the oven and cook for another 10 minutes. After that, take it out. Pour the rest of the sauce over on top, sprinkle a generous amount of grated parmesan cheese on top. Back in the oven for 2 minutes or so, just to warm up the sauce.
I served them with steamed asparagus. DE-LI-CIOUS!
