

INGREDIENTS:
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
garlic and herbs seasoned bread crumbs
butter for frying
1 cup tomato or spaghetti sauce
shredded mozzarella cheese
Drench both sides of boneless chicken breasts with bread crumbs. Brown/fry each sides on a non-stick skillet with butter. About 2-3 minutes of each sides.
Transfer the chicken in baking pan. Pour over the tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce on top. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Lots of them. Fresh slices of mozzarella cheese is the usual cheese for this dish but shredded kind will do just fine :) .
Bake in the oven, 355F for 20-25 minutes.
