INGREDIENTS
chicken pieces(drumsticks & legs)
water for boiling
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp dried thyme
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup white wine

In a pot, boil the chicken for about 10-15 minutes or so. Drain the water. Put in a container. Set it aside.
Combine honey, soy sauce, lemon juice and dried thyme. Pour over the boiled chicken pieces. Cover and marinade for 2 hours in the fridge.
