This is a no-fuss stir-fry I came up with one day while cleaning out my crisper. It's time to replenish the groceries again but first I must get rid of leftover veggies. I had 1 green pepper, 4 sticks of carrots and 1 package of steak from the freezer. I sliced them all up, sauteed sliced onions first, then added the meat to cook. After that, I stirred in in the carrots, 1/4 cup of water, seasoned it with garlic powder, a tsp of worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper and a little bit of lemon juice. I let it all cook, uncovered. At the last minute I added the green peppers. VOILA!. The carrots and peppers were crunchy so it went perfectly with the meat. You can either eat a bowl of this as is or on top of a cup of white steaming rice, your choice :).
