

INGREDIENTS
beef, sliced in strips
juice of 1 lemon
sliced red onions
2 tsp of taco seasoning
oil for sauteeing
large flour tortilla
shredded cheese
green taco sauce (ORTEGA)
salsa
sour cream
Marinate the beef slices in lemon juice for 2 hours or longer.
Saute' the marinated beef in oil. Cook, then add the slices of red onions. Let it cook. Stir in taso seasoning.
Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave for 35 seconds.
Layer 1 flour tortilla with the beef and onions mixture, green sauce, salsa, shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream. Wrap tightly. Repeat the process for more fajitas.
Apparently this is "sooooooooo good", My husband kept telling me with his thumbs up after each fajita. I think he ate 5. I didn't have the heart to tell him I wanted a 3rd one....LOL.
