Have you ever wondered how you could make the Chow Mein noodles you usually order from your favourite Chinese Take-Out?. Well fret no more coz I have a recipe for you. When I discovered how to make it I smacked myself and said "DUHH" as soon as I realized how easy it is.
INGREDIENTS
thinly sliced beef
chopped onions
finely chopped garlic
1/2 package spaghetti noodles, cooked
broccoli florets
1 can of baby corn, drained
chopped napa cabbage
1/4 cup of water
soy sauce -- eyeball it
2 tbsp oyster sauce
sprinkle of black pepper
In a hot wok, sautee onions and garlic. Then add the beef. Let that cook for a few minutes. Stir in the broccoli. Cover and cook but make sure you don't over cook the broccoli. They have to be crunchy. Add water, baby corn and the cooked spaghetti noodles. Stir and let the baby corn cook for a bit. Season with soysauce, oyster sauce and black pepper. Add the napa cabbage at the last minute. VOILA!. I told you it was easy.
