Cafe Latte Cookies

As I've mentioned many times, I'm not a sweet cookie eater. I like my cookies with strong taste, but with a bit more sophisticated than the average chocolate chip offering. This cookie is everything I like, coffee flavored, nice and crispy, and easy to make.

  2. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugars. Beat in egg, milk and vanilla.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together flour, coffee powder, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Stir the flour mixture into butter mixture.
  4. Drop dough by rounded spoonfuls, forming 1-inch in diameter mounds, on the baking sheet.
