CITRUS KUGEL

Here's a simple but refreshing side dish. It works well with a fish entree, but also can be accompanied by a salad and a loaf of fresh bread. This is a Kosher recipe, so it can be made pareve (OK to eat for meat and dairy meals) by using margarine, or if Kashrut isn't an issue, use unsalted butter.

Citrus Kugel

INGREDIENTS:



  1. Preheat over to 325 degrees F.
  2. Boil noodles until al dente and drain.
  3. Mix other ingredients and add to noodles.
  4. Bake in a greased 9"x 13" pan for 50 - 60 minutes.

Serve either hot or cold.
