

INGREDIENTS
chicken pieces, thighs and legs
3/4 cup of heavy cream
quartered potatoes
quartered yellow squash
quartered courgette
quartered onions
asparagus
1 1/2 cups of water
oil for frying the chicken
First brown/fry the chicken pieces in oil on both sides. Drain some of the oil. Add the water and heavy cream. Let it simmer to cook the chicken. Stirring a few times. Add the quartered potatoes. Once the potatoes are slightly fork tender, ass the courgette and yellow squash. Let the veggies cook, the add the asparagus and onions. By this time the sauce should be in thick/cremay consistency.
This is an awesome one-dish meal. You have your meat and vegetables in one pot.
