Favourite Kitchen Tool: The Garlic Press

Hands down, my favourite kitchen tool is my garlic press.

I got it through Pampered Chef. It's ergonomically correct with a nice curve to the handle. It also has a big well for the garlic. The garlic clove doesn't even need to be peeled.

I remember when I first used my garlic press (9 years ago) I was amazed at how much garlic was minced out when I pressed the garlic clove. Obviously it was well-made and of good quality because I'm still enjoying the use of it!
