Get Together With Tortilla Chips and Dip

This mexican dip is perfect for parties, movie nights, game nights, or any casual get-togethers. My family and I love partaking on this with bags and bags of tortilla chips. And for Adults, with a beer or Margarita on the side. You'll find that it's very easy to make.

INGREDIENTS:
bags of tortilla chips
ground beef
1 can refried beans
2 tbsp of taco seasoning
1 cup of salsa
fresh tomatoes, chopped
scallions, chopped
a quarter of 1 head of lettuce, shredded/chopped finely
a few cilantro, chopped
shredded cheddar cheese
sour cream, optional but highly recommended

Brown ground beef, drain fat. Add refried beans, and taco seasoning. Stir and mix. Stir in the salsa. Mix everything together.

In a big bowl, transfer the beef mixture into it. Top it with chopped tomatoes, scallions, cilantro, lettuce, shredded cheese and sour cream.

Don't forget the plates and drinks :) . Double the ingredients for huge parties.
