Make your usual steamed of green beans with a little twist. This side dish is perfect for seafood and any kind of meat, grilled, fried or broiled :)

INGREDIENTS
finely chopped 3 cloves of garlic
1 sliced tomatoes
1-2 pounds of fresh green beans
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil for sauteeing
In a non stick pan, heat up olive oil. Toast the garlic. Try not to burn. Set the toasted garlic aside. Ue the same pan to sautee the sliced tomatoes. then add the green beans. Add maybe a tsp of water. Cook the beans but make sure to retain it's color and crunchy texture. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer the beans on a plate and sprinkle the toasted garlic all around.
I could eat these beans by itself as well. Use the same recipe for asparagus sometime :)
