Lesli's Pound Cake Rocks My World :)

When my FORKS co-blogger Lesli posted her pound cake recipe that only uses 3 eggs, I was all over it. I knew I had to try it sometime. See, pound cake is one of my favorite desserts in the world. It's such a favorite that I've never tried making it in fear of screwing it up. Kinda like my fear of screwing up my #1 favorite dessert, Tiramisu. Anyway, I've tasted a lot of pound cakes in my life so I KNOW my pound cake.

Thanks to Lesli's recipe, I am now armed with an easy recipe that I'm proud to present to my mother-in-law the next time she visits us. My husband was actually impressed with how light and fluffy the cake was. He's always raving about the pound cake he gets at his work's bending machine so He KNOWS his pound cake too. So thank you very much Lesli, your pound cake rocks :).
