Our Holdiay Menu [2007]

I've planned a lot this year and I might be omitting a couple dishes sometime. I'm still going to try to make them all though so we shall see. Baking cookies and apple pie are tradition in my house that I have to maintain or my son would probably have a fit. Here's my tentative menu for this year's Holiday season and Christmas dinner.

Gingerbread House -- done

Cookies (working on it)

Christmas sugar cookies

butter gems

chocolate chip cookies

Peanut Butter Balls aka Buckeye balls

Dinner Menu
Smoked Ham -got it-
Cornbread Casserole
Cheesy-Broccoli Casserole
Sweet Potato Biscuits
Mashed Potatoes
Green Beans with toasted garlic and bacon

Desserts
Tiramisu
Apple Pie

I think this list is good for now. I might add or discard one or two but it looks like it will be easy for me to handle. So what's on your Christmas Menu?
