Parmesan and Seasoned Baked Fries

parmesan-cheese-fries.jpg

Who doesn't love cheesy fries? Kids love 'em and I'm sure grown-ups wouldn't hesitate grabbing a few for themselves. Here's my non-greasy but still cheesy and delicious version. This will go nicely with burger night or lunch and snacks for the kids. Perfect for parties too.

INGREDIENTS:
4 baking potatoes, sliced in strips
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried paprika
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese

Preheat the oven to 370 degrees.

You can either peel the potatoes or now. It's up to you. I suggest not peeling. Slice the potatoes in long strips. Drizzle the olive oil and coat the fries evenly. In a bowl, combine salt, basil, paprika. Pour over the fries to coat evenly. Then sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese. Coat evenly.

Transfer the fries on a baking sheet. Make sure they're flat. Bake in th oven for about 35-40 minutes. Depends how your oven works. Try not burn 'em coz they're really good. :) .
