New for summer 2007 is a chance to work alongside the pros at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in Edmonton, AB. Being offered is an intense 5-day Pastry Boot Camp July 30 - August 3, 2007. As you steal the professionals' secret kitchen techniques (shhhh!) - you can perfect your breakfast pastries! (Everybody wins!) You'll be creating everything from artisan bread to masterpieces with chocolate. (Did someone say chocolate???) I'll be there!

Have you ever taken part in cooking classes? It's alot of fun, and it's amazing how excited you can get over a new Italian dish prepared a la group. The cooking classes I've taken part in served wine...

Cooking classes are a fun night out with your friends. Companies use them as a team building activity for their employees, it's a great idea for a Bridal Shower and yes, even kids are getting in on the cooking class action!
