We can't always afford pizza delivery from among the wonderful pizza places. So what a Mother who lives with pizza heads to do? Make her own pizza of course. The great thing about making your own pizza is you can pretty much put what you want in your toppings without paying too much. You can be healthy or totally go wild on meat :) . My husband and I will go with pretty much everything except for anchovies. My son on the other hand loves cheese and macaroni and cheese topping.
I don't have a breadmaker, yet so I can't make my own pizza dough. BUT, I can certainly used packages from the store :). I usually buy the powdered ones. All you have to do is follow the instructions on the back of the package and you are good to go.
Spinach-Red Onions-Cheese Pizza
Lay the pizza dough on the greased round pan. Spread a good amount of alfredo sauce on top. Add fresh spinach leaves, round sliced red onions and shredded cheese on top.
Chicken-Mushroom Oregano Pizza
First, sautee, cubed boneless chicken breast in olive oil. Cook then add slices of button mushrooms. Season with sale, pepper and a glorious amount of dried oregano.
In the half of another round of pizza dough, Spread alfredo sauce on top, then add the chicken mixture. Of course, the cheese :)
In the other half, another spread of the remaining alfredo sauce, and a whole lot of shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake all in the oven, 365F, 20-30 minutes.

Now all you need are soda, paper plates, napkins and a good movie :)
