Did you know it's Popcorn Day today? According to Greetings.ca, it is. So to commemorate the day, and to distract my son who is home for a vacation day, I thought it would be appropriate to make popcorn balls. All you have to do is melt butter, then stir in the marshmallows. When the marshmallows are melted, stir in your popcorn. Have fun rolling the balls using both of your hands. Don't be afraid to dig into it. Get the kids involved by decorating the balls. I used rainbow sprinkles and chocolate bits. This is definitely a good idea to bond with your kids when they're home from school or when they are about to drive you insane :).
