Sauteed Spinach and Pork

spinach_pork.jpgFresh Spinach is not just a side item for main entrees. You can go the Asian route and saute' it with any kind of meat, have a rice on the side and VOILA, dinner is served.

INGREDIENTS:

fresh spinach
chopped pork
finely chopped onions
finely chopped garlic
1/4 cup of water
2 tbsp of soy sauce
black pepper
sprinkle of red pepper flakes(optional)

Saute' garlic, and onions. Once the latter is transluscent, add the pok. Let that cook. Stir in the spinach, then pour the water. Once the spinach is wilted, add soy sauce, black pepper and for a kick, a sprinkle of red pepper flakes. Serve with white rice.

Now that was easy. Enjoy

Amy, I use a small coffee cup. I just pile the rice inside, then turn it over to transfer into a plate :).
