
Nothing tastes better than gooey, cheesey quesadillas alongside a bowl of chili...
Cheddar Quesadillas
1 pack of cheese tortillas
2 c. of sharp cheddar cheese
1. Heat a pan on the stove.
2. Place some cheese on one half of the tortilla, close and place on the heated pan. Repeat. There should be room for at least two quesadillas on your pan.
3. Flip to make sure the cheese is heating evenly.
(Note: You could also microwave instead of using a pan, but the tortilla gets a bit soggy in the microwave.)
4. Cut into triangles and serve with chili, as an appetizer or add more ingredients to your quesadillas and make them a meal!
