Tuna-Egg Tortilla Wrap

tuna_egg_wraps.jpg

I made these for my husband's lunch on Saturday. Quite healthy and tasty. Too bad I only made enough to make 2 wraps. Next time I'll double the ingredients so I can have a wrap myself.

INGREDIENTS:
1 can of tuna fish, drained
2 spoonfuls of salsa
2 eggs
a pinch of dried basil
salt and pepper to taste
few sprinkles of shredded cheddar cheese
2 large flour tortilla wraps
a little bit of oil

Heat oil in pan. Pour over the content of drained 1 can of tuna. Cook for a minute or 2, stirring the whole time. Crack 2 eggs on top, and stir until eggs are scrambled with the tuna. Add the salsa, then season\n with salt and pepper. add a pinch of dried basil.

Warm up the 2 tortilla in the microwave for 15 seconds.

Lay the tuna mixture in the middle of the tortilla, sprinkle a little bit of shredded cheese. VOILA. A healthy yet delicious tuna-egg tortilla wrap for lunch. Double the ingredients if you want more.

I just made it, very good. I hard-boiled my eggs and mixed it all in to the rest. Also added Franks Red Hot Sauce if you like the extra spiciness. Thanks A lot!
