Valentine's Day : Chocolate Covered Strawberries.

You don't have to spend too much money to give your spouse/fiance'/gf/bf a valentine's day sweet treat. Just buy a package of strawberries and 3 bars( 1 is for you) of chocolate, either dark or milk kind, it's up to you. All you have to do is chop the chocolates into small pieces and melt them in a double-boiler. If you don't have a double-boiler don't panic because you can definitely improvise by using 2 pots. One with simmering water, the other holds the chocolates. Just put the one with the chocolate on top of the pot of simmering water. When the chocolate melts, slowly dip the strawberries, gently lay them in a wax paper, be patient and let the chocolate covered strawberries hardened. Don't worry, it wouldn't that long. VOILA!. Surprise your mate with a plate of this treat in bed and I'm pretty sure your night will be memorable ;).
