As I intimated from Egg Sandwich post, weekends in my family traditionally means a hearty breakfast. Last weekend though, it became a Weekend Brunch because we lingered longer in our bedroom with the kids watching Saturday cartoons on TV. We didn't eat until about 10:30am.
Salmon Patties is my husband's specialty(among a few others), and for a side item I just chopped a couple of medium sized potatoes in cubes and cooked them in butter with salt, paprika and black pepper for seasonings.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cans of salmon, drained
1/2 onion, finely chopped
bread crumbs(toast 2 pieces of bread, grind in the blender)
1 egg
1 spoonful of mayonnaise
lemon juice, a wedge would suffice
1 tsp of spicy brown mustard
sprinkle of garlic powder
salt and pepper
Mix everything together using your hands. Have fun digging into the mixture. Form a ball, then flatten it out to make a patty. Repeat the process until you've used up everything.
Melt butter in a non stick skillet. Fry both sides of the patties.
After this delicious and filling brunch, we were ready to tackle a little bit of shopping. Life is good :).

HI, there:
I bought a Dell Laptop with windows 7 home premium a month ago and I reinstalled the system with the windows 7 DVD came with the Laptop. However I don't know I need to activate the windows 7 at that time.
Now after 30 days, I have a problem that, the windows message says that, my activation period has been expired. Even when I tried to input the product key on the Dell laptop, it is said that the product key is invalid.
Would you please tell me what to do except reinstalling the windows 7 if reinstallation can solve this problem.
Thank
