When someone mentions Tuna Sandwich, we usually think of the tuna filling in between 2 pieces of toast. Last Saturday I made this light oh-so-classic sandwich by using french bread instead. My son thought it was funny how I had to make it all so fancy. Yes, he loved it :).

Slice your french bread diagonally. You can also toast the slices by laying them down in a cookie sheet and stick it in the oven for about 8 minutes but if you were as hungry as we were, you'd skip that part :).
Make the tuna filling mixing together:
2 cans of tuna fish, drained
2 big spoonfuls of Mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste.
Spread however much you want on top of a slice of french bread and VOILA, lunch is served. By the way, you can also serve this an appetizer to a party. I suggest you toast the bread first though :).
